WIRL are 2 accredited practising dieticians with 20+ years of experience who are deeply passionate about dismantling the $750 billion diet industry that messes with our mental health.

They are using the powerful relationship between your gut & your brain (your gut-brain axis) to support your mental well-being.

Technically speaking, they’ve built a community based platform that gets to know your mood around food. In just 5 minutes a day, it can tailor personalised nutrition interventions to nourish your gut microbiome (menu planning with deliciously colourful, quick recipes or in the moment support) and your brain (like guided sleep meditations but for when you’re eating). You’ll then keep track of, and be rewarded for, your positive mood shifts over time.
