Breaking the bias on International Women’s Day 2022

It’s International Women’s Day on March 8, and we’ve curated a list of events and opportunities for you to engage in the conversation to #breakthebias

We sought to highlight how women from diverse industries are coming together to create meaningful experiences to recognise how far gender equality has come and what can still be done. So round up your female-identifying friends and allies and make a plan to honour International Women’s Day 2022 at one of these events:

Break the bias for gender equity today and a sustainable tomorrow.

Join us at Monash University as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2022 with an inspiring presentation by Dr Dianne McGrath.

This year’s event will be opened by Monash University Provost and Senior Vice-President, Professor Sue Elliott AM, with a special message from President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Margaret Gardner AC.

International Women’s Day celebrates the social, cultural, economic and political achievements of women. Marked annually across the globe, it is an opportunity to reflect on these achievements and strive to accelerate progress towards gender equality.
